The role will involve triaging and assisting the vet with new emergencies as well as providing continuous care for inpatients and hospitalised referral cases. Exceptional care and communication are at the heart of who they are and how they act with their clients and colleagues alike. Most of all, you should have a team mentality as this is a close-knit, friendly practice. ?
Are you excited by emergency work but put off by the prospect of long night shifts and an unsustainable working pattern? The night nurses work split shifts, either 4:30 pm - 1 am or 10 pm – 9 am, to allow them to pursue their passion for ECC without becoming exhausted. With 2-in-5 weekends, an average of 33 hours per week and a rolling 10-week rota, the night nurses enjoy an excellent work-life balance. Part-time applicants would be considered.
