Veterinary Surgeon – Exciting Career Opportunity on the Coast!

This busy and successful practice benefits from a Clinical Lead who graduated from RVC in 2015 and is currently working towards a certificate in Emergency and Critical Care. You’ll also be supported by our dedicated Head Nurse and Clinical Coach, as well as a fantastic team, all committed to providing exceptional service to the community. The spacious practice is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and onsite parking, making it an ideal environment to thrive in.
About You:
They’re seeking a vet with broad GP skills who is comfortable with sole charge, an excellent communicator, and a true team player. You’ll be someone who enjoys working in a friendly, collaborative environment, connecting with both clients and colleagues while providing top-quality veterinary care.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll handle a varied caseload, from routine health consultations to complex medical cases and surgeries. With 15-minute consults as standard, you’ll have time to provide thoughtful care and will benefit from structured breaks for admin, lunch, and rest. This is a role where you can develop your skills while being part of a supportive team.
Flexibility:
They understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why they can offer flexible hours. You can join on a full or part-time basis, with a minimum of 30 hours per week, ideally including 1 in 3 Saturdays, but with no out-of-hours (OOH)! If you're looking for something different, they encourage you to reach out – they’re focused on finding the right person for the team.
•    Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience
•    Paid holiday: 28 days, rising to 33 days after 2 years of service
