• Salary: £80,000 DOE
• Recognition Payments: Guaranteed for 6 months
• Relocation Package: £3,000
What They’re Looking For:
The new Head Vet will be a key member of the surgery’s management team. They are seeking someone with a high level of clinical expertise who is passionate about delivering outstanding care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a leadership role, with the drive and passion to deliver against a strategic vision, coaching and inspiring the team to consistently deliver gold standard, evidence-based care.
• Working Pattern: 4 days a week with 1:4 weekends
• On Call: No OOH, but on call for overnight patients

Development Focus:
They have a real focus on development, with many of the vets working towards certificates (SAS and Cardiology) and others in sister practices also studying. They are happy to invest in whatever equipment will support this, including a CT scanner arriving shortly.

• 1 in 3 weekends (soon to be 1 in 4)
• No OOH
