Are you a passionate and skilled veterinary surgeon looking for a new challenge? This practice are offering an exciting opportunity to join a recently refurbished practice, nestled in the heart of Dorset, a picturesque riverside market town surrounded by history and stunning countryside, Just a few miles from the seaside towns of Poole and Bournemouth
This modern, well-equipped practice is just minutes from the town centre, with great shops, cafés, and restaurants on your doorstep, renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, rich history, and close proximity to the Jurassic coast and the South Coast's beaches, making it an ideal location for work and leisure. The practice is a busy small animal first opinion service with a loyal client base, and we are looking for a dedicated vet to join and lead the supportive team.
Your Role: As a sole charge vet, you will have the opportunity to lead your own practice and develop professionally with the full support of our network of the practices in the area. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care to your patients and clients, with access to modern facilities, including two consult rooms, x-ray, prep room, lab, theatre, office space, and kitchen. They also offer Branch Partnership opportunities, allowing you to have clinical freedom and own part of the clinic. There is a bonus also a opportunity which will encourage the growth of the practice with realistic targets

What They’re Looking For:
• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Experience in delivering high-quality care to both patients and clients
• Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and inspire a team
• Experience in routine surgeries and consultations
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding client care
• Clinical leadership experience (or potential for growth into a leadership role)
