Our client is looking for a full time Small Animal Vet with a range of hours to suit the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience and be ready to take the next step in their career. You will be joining a group of practices who are linked to a main referral site. With this in mind you will be exposed to a wide variety of cases and work with multi disciplined, experienced vets. You will be working alongside an experienced referral team, some of which are certificate holders in Surgery Small Animal Medicine and Cardiology There are also vets in the team who are currently studying towards certificates in Internal Medicine, Surgery, ECC and Dentistry. They practice offers services in orthopaedics, spinal surgery, soft tissue surgery, medicine, dermatology and ophthalmology. They are lucky enough to have a great team of staff including, 13 vets, 10 RVN's, 2 SVN and animal care assistants with additional administrative and reception staff.
You must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to build relationships with clients and their animals. Experience and confidence with consults and routine surgeries and a necessity.
This is a full time position for 40 hours per week, over 4 days and 1:6 Saturdays, with no out of hours.
Salary is up to £70k plus a welcome bonus of £5k, and a relocation allowance of up to £5k if required.
