Development role in progressive small animal practice, new graduates welcome

This progressive small practice deal with a varied caseload and with clinical freedom they are able to offer surgeries such as 
entropian surgery,cherry eye correction, major skin mass removal. Orthopedics includes lateral suture for cruciate repair, fracture fixation, surgical reduction of hip luxation, patella luxation, femoral head and neck excision and diagnostics work ups for lameness. Soft Tissue includes TECA and lateral bulla osteotomy, perineal herniorraphy, lung lobectomy and nephrectomy.
Situated in the popluar area around Oxford, the team are looking for a a new vet to join them who is seeking development and is keen to provide a high quality of care.
Ideally you will be experienced in first opinion practice, and be happy to work sole charge on a weekend. However the practice would welcome applications from new graduates too as they have a good track record with supporting new vets.
They are keen to develop the business in new areas of expertise and currently have vets studying for imaging qualifications, they are able to offer certificate funding for the right person
There are NO OOH's  Salary from £30-70k
