As Lead Veterinary Surgeon in this Islington, Central London practice you the successful candidate will work work with two other vets and have access to excellent first opinion facilities; digital x-ray, full lab facility, ultrasound etc etc.
Important aspects of this role include:
- Ensure the team provide outstanding clinical care to patients during consultations and procedures.
- Support, mentor, and develop your team by enhancing their skills and leveraging them effectively.
- Provide exceptional client service and offer clear updates on patient progress.
- Maintain professional excellence by adhering to the highest standards of regulatory, clinical, and operational compliance.
- Ensure accurate cost estimates for clients, facilitating payments and minimising potential debt.
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager to optimise commercial performance, focusing on key performance indicators.
