About the Practice:

Our client operates a large and well-established veterinary hospital in Sheffield, where several of their veterinary surgeons have developed special interests and earned certificates in Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Feline Medicine, Surgery, and Imaging. This hospital boasts state-of-the-art facilities, a strong commitment to continuous professional development, and a supportive, close-knit team with low staff turnover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 75% of the role will be dedicated to clinical work, allowing you to maintain and develop your clinical skills while providing exceptional care to our patients.
  • The remaining 25% will involve non-clinical duties related to leadership and management.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of veterinarians and support staff, ensuring the hospital's smooth operation and excellent patient care.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth within the practice.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the hospital.
