Key Responsibilities:
- 75% of the role will be dedicated to clinical work, allowing you to maintain and develop your clinical skills while providing exceptional care to our patients.
- The remaining 25% will involve non-clinical duties related to leadership and management.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of veterinarians and support staff, ensuring the hospital's smooth operation and excellent patient care.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth within the practice.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the hospital.
