Veterinary Surgeon – Flexible Working & Excellent Salary Package
Are you seeking a role that offers real flexibility, a fantastic salary up to £80,000 (FTE, DOE), If you’re an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for a new opportunity, our clint have the perfect role for you!
They provide a flexible working environment, allowing you to achieve the ideal work-life balance. Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time hours, they can create a rota that works for you. Ideally, you'll work a minimum of 2 days a week and 1 in 4 Saturdays, but how that looks is entirely up to you.
The Benefits:
• Competitive salary up to £80,000 (FTE, DOE)
• No OOH, no Sundays, and Saturdays on a 1:4 basis (9am - 3pm)
• Flexible rota to suit your lifestyle
• Visa sponsorship and relocation support available
• Fully funded RCVS, BVA, VDS memberships
• 28 days holiday (rising to 33 days after 2 years)
• Bespoke CPD packages and full support for areas of special interest
• Overtime paid for hours worked over contracted time
• AXA private healthcare (small employee contribution)
About the Practice:
Join a highly-supportive and inclusive team of 2 vets, 4 RVNs, 2 SVNs, 3 VCAs, and a dedicated Front-of-House team of 3.5 FTE. The practice is fully air-conditioned, RCVS accredited, and purpose-built to industry-leading standards. Located close to shops, cafés, and eateries nearby, plus they’re just a short drive from the beach and have easy access to major cities like Manchester and Liverpool.
Facilities and Services:
• 3 consulting rooms
• Digital and dental x-ray, ultrasound, capnography, and Imagyst cytology
• Separate dog, cat, and exotic wards for patient comfort
• In-house advanced practitioner in dermatology
• Orthopaedic service provided by a sister practice
• Specialist support in diagnostic imaging and internal medicine
They encourage vets to follow their areas of interest, and with 3-4 scheduled admin breaks during the day, you’ll have time to stay on top of your cases.
