Situated in a pleasant suburb of Birmingham this friendly vet team don’t often need to look for a new team member., but unusual circumstances mean that they are looking for a vet to bring them up to their strength as a 4 vet team. The ethos in this practice is one of encouragement, and the team like to bring fun and enjoyment to the workplace. Everyone in the team is mentored and supported to grow and develop and specialisms are most definitely encouraged, having a surgery bias would be desirable to compliment the other strengths of the rest of the team. There is great potential for both development and progression into management if desired.
They are located in a perfect position to enjoy both the city and suburban life and have a purpose-built surgery with great facilities including ultrasound, dental and orthopaedic surgical sets etc.
They are an ISFM silver practice and have a wellbeing award from SPVS
Working life is one with NO OOH’s and No Sundays, with Saturdays on a rota basis, CPD is fully funded and this includes certificates if desired!
