A fantastic opportunity awaits at this newly refurbished practice in Tamworth, Midlands, where they seeking a Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon to continue the exceptional work we've cultivated over the years. They would also like to recruit another veterinary surgeon to join them

With a team of 7 vets and incredible support staff, you'll be joining a thriving practice that prioritizes excellent medical and surgical skills, outstanding communication, and a dedication to exceptional customer care.
The Opportunity:
Clinical Lead Role: Take the lead in a 4-vet practice, supported by a skilled Practice Manager and a team passionate about veterinary care.
Role Evolution: Opportunity to evolve into a potential partnership role.
Support & Mentorship: Mentor newly qualified vets, sharing your expertise and nurturing their growth.
Veterinary surgeon role: to work and support the practice over a 4 day week with 1:3 weekends
The departing Clinical Leads, are embarking on a new chapter in South Africa, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and excellence. They seek a passionate individual to continue their legacy, maintaining the high standards and evolving the practice further.
Your Role & Benefits:
Autonomy & Innovation: Share new ideas and work closely with the owners and Practice Manager.
Equipment & Support: Access to modern equipment, including Ultrasound and digital X-ray.
Flexible Working: Option for 4 or 5 days a week (40 hours), with flexibility available.
Work-Life Balance: 1:3 weekends (Saturday only) and no Out of Hours responsibilities.
