Our client is looking for a very confident, clinically experienced veterinary surgeon to join them s Lead Vet.  Ideally the the successful candidate will have some leadership experience.  This could be either in a formal capacity holding the previous role, or, in an unofficial capacity, i.e. being seen as the Lead or Senior Vet, being involved in leading junior vet and being involved in the day to day running of a practice.  Likely supporting the the Clinical Director, Practice Principal/Owner JVP and covering for them in their absence.

The successful candidate will have a passion for their own development and that of their clinical team including 3 vets.  They will also really enjoy making sure the whole team offer the very best in client services.
