Due to the retirement of the existing partner we are looking for a vet with 2 years or more experience to fill his shoes and to continue the development of this lovely practice and its team of 4 nurses.
The practice has a family feel as the team have all been there for a long time and are looking forward to welcoming their new vet. They have well equipped first opinion set up with everything needed to deliver great service.
The incoming vet will be responsible for the clinical aspects of the role, but also some business aspects too, maintaining profitability, customer service standards, training and development.
Our client is happy to support certificates in any small animal discipline and they have sister practices with most small animal cert holders available for support.
The rota will be a 4 day week with 1 in 6 weekends.
The package for this role will be:
- Up to £75,000k salary plus 20% bonus (90k total)
- Professional fees paid.
- Generous CPD including time off and cert funding if required
