Our client would like to recruit an all round GP vet to join them to head up this branch practice. The successful candidate will likely have about three years experience and will be comfortable with most routine small animal surgical and medical cases. They may also be considering starting a certificate for which our client would be happy to fund.
Ideally candidates will have some mentoring or training experience and want to take an active role in the management aspects of this role, however this is not a prerequisite, development will be offered. This is a small team with 2 vets and a small team of nurses so ideal for those who are just embarking on a lead role.
The practice has a loyal client base with a varied caseload and they are well equipped to work at a high, first opinion level.
Career progression could follow a number of routes, partnership, regional clinical lead or Regional Director.
