Our Independent client in Hampshire have an opportunity for a vet with 12 months or experience to join them on a full or part time basis.
The successful candidate will be part of a large team of veterinary surgeons with a vast range of interests including;
- Medicine
- Surgery, soft tissue and orthopaedics
- Diagnostic imaging
- Dentistry
- Cardiology
Our client has very low staff turnover as the management team in the practice have a passion for employee engagement and staff welfare and put these at the forefront of everything they do.
There are no OOH's with this role and weekends only include half day Saturdays on a light rorta basis. Our client is happy to discuss part or full time hours. Please let us at Bright Leaf know what suits you best.
Package includes;
- Regular team events in and outside of work
- Salary range £40,000-£70,000 (dependant on experience)
- 25 days holiday plus bank hols and birthday day off
- Study for further qualifications funded and encouraged including 5 days
- No OOH, Saturday rota 1 in 5, 8am – 3pm
- 4 day week
- 39.5 hour week (including Saturday hours)
- Break times /work up / call back times all protected
- TOIL for any clinical work outside normal hours
