Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon looking for a new challenge? Join this thriving independent practice in the heart of Clifton, Nottingham, where they are delivering exceptional care to pets and outstanding service to their owners.

They handle a varied caseload, with time allocated daily for following up with big cases, attending to inpatients, and conducting investigative work. They also see a small number of routine ops and run 15-minute consults to give you the time needed to provide top-quality care.
You’ll join a fantastic, welcoming team consisting of 3 Vets, 5 Nurses (3 RVNs, 2 SVNs), a Reception team, and a Practice Manager. The Practice Owner has over 24 years of experience, providing a wealth of knowledge both medically and surgically.
The state-of-the-art practice features top-tier equipment, including digital and dental x-ray, ultrasound, ECG, ultrasonic dental equipment, blood pressure monitoring, class 4 laser therapy, infusion pumps, and a full in-house lab.
They are open Monday-Saturday, with generous pay
•    Monday-Friday: 8:30am-6pm (paid until 6:30pm)
•    Saturday: 8:30am-12pm (paid until 1pm)
Located in Clifton, a vibrant area with a strong community spirit, they’re just minutes from Nottingham city centre, with excellent tram, bus, and road connections, including the M1, A50, and M42.
What They’re Looking For:
•    RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with at least 2 years post-graduation experience
•    Comfortable working 1:3 Saturday mornings on a rota basis
•    Orthopaedic interest or bias is desirable, but not essential
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•    Competent in small animal consulting, medicine, and surgery
•    Keen to support or pursue certificates in a specialism
