Our client has a progressive, first opinion, and local referral equine clinic. Their purpose-built facility is fully equipped with cutting-edge tools. They are now looking for a Full Time Equine Vet to join them.

Facilities include video endoscopy and gastroscopy to ultrasound and x-ray facilities, they have it all. With an outdoor arena, trot-up area, stocks, and a treatment room, you'll find the perfect space to thrive. Overnight stabling and paddocks for their cherished equine patients. The clinic is nestled along the famous North Coast 500 route and in proximity to Inverness Airport, accessibility meets adventure. Embrace the call of the outdoors with mountaineering, wild swimming, skiing, snowboarding, sailing, and Munro bagging. A mere 40 minutes from the Cairngorms, the highlands are your playground.
 
You will engage in a blend of ambulatory and clinic-based work that adapts to the caseload. Your skills and passion will shine as you make a difference in the lives of their equine companions. A work van is at your disposal for business use, and the out-of-hours rota stands at a manageable 1:4.5. The client is open to consider 3-5 day weeks for the right fit and to ensure you strike that great balance.  Bring your expertise and experience as an Equine Veterinary Surgeon to the forefront. An interest in lameness and a penchant for embracing an Equine-only role is the ideal combination.

Join forces with a squad of 4 Veterinary Surgeons, an upcoming Equine Veterinary Nurse, stable staff, and dedicated office support. Collaborate with the visiting certificate holder and two vets pursuing their dentistry and internal medicine certificates. You'll find yourself thriving in an outgoing and supportive atmosphere, contributing to the local community and animal welfare.
